Scoliosis Core Training: The Success Story of Recording artist

Hot New Recording Artist:
Age:  18
Doctors prescribed Neutral spine Training and proper loading for Scoliosis.  (Each situation is personalized.  Check with your Physician before beginning any new exercise based on your personal needs!)

Definition:  Scoliosis is a curving of the spine.
The spine curves away from the middle or sideways.

Scoliosis affects the Breathing and vocal control...

Retraining the spine to hold neutral by using
Davis' Law is one of the cornerstones to Spinal Triangulation(R) training used on the AB-Inforcer.
(It is used to describe Muscle-length relationships and postural distortion treatments and exercises as far as muscle length is concerned.)
Hands are used to cue good form...

Classically, we are made aware of our core muscles, co-contraction techniques, postural awareness, spine position and breathing by using our hands or the Health care professionals hands...

The AB-Inforcer supports the lumbar spine and neck,
and the hand piece lets you know if your core muscles
are activated properly 2D prior to 3D loading...

Technology has evolved and the revolutionary AB-Inforcer Core Trainer provides Biofeedback in the form of Light, sound and vibration, that has reinvented these excellent drills...
This expedites the learning curve for understanding to the student,
client, or  athlete as to the desirable muscular patterning for PERFORMANCE!

Hand fine-tuned bi-lateral sensors provide biofeedback by
Lighting up the hand piece when your core muscles turn on in neutral.
Ava states:  "The money is in the sensors.  The feedback is invaluable in helping me maintain my vocal power and core strength with my scoliosis!"

(AB-Inforcer provides 3 sensors:  2 under the lower back and one under the head, see RED below...)

"...My name is Amanda, and I'm 18. I have been training with Lee Brandon, CSCS for 4 years. Lee has been an amazing Strength Coach and Performance trainer throughout the years. Having had bad expieriences with chiropractors and other trainers, Lee has been the best. I happen to have scoliosis so training with her and working with the Ab-inforcer has been a miracle for me. She is excellent at what she does and an expert at her profession. I would recommend anyone with back problems to train with Lee. I am blessed to have her in my team!  Last time my Doctor evaluated my spine, I was not only stronger, but my lumbar scoliosis reversed by over 4 degree's.  Thanks Lee!"

SPINAL TRIANGULATION®: Olympic Core Workout of Champions

Marcus Rogan (2 Time Olympic Silver Medalist)
Lars Frolander (Swedish Olympic Gold Medalist training with Lee Brandon, CSCS,
using her Spinal Triangulation(R) Technique in preparation for London 2012 Olympics.
"This core workout is unbelievably hard and precise" states Lars, "Truly unbelievable!!!"

"Great performance's come down to
Simple Geometry.
We call it Spinal Triangulation®
and we teach it SIMPLY
on the AB-Inforcer!"

Spinal Triangulation(R) is the foundational cornerstone to improving “postural awareness”, and to “teaching the duplication of functional movement in neutral spine form” which includes spine sparing techniques such as bracing, co- contraction, and lumbo-sacral coordination.

Spinal Triangulation® is the scientific theory of core stability which involves two intersecting triangles. Each triangle consists of three critical points of stability for the spine.  This Patented technique was invented by Lee Brandon, CSCS and has been used for over 30 years to duplicate great performances and spine sparing secrets for Bad backs to Elite Olympians!

The AB-Inforcer® Core Bio feedback Trainer is an educational tool which is used as a critical pre-step inside the Spinal TriangulationTM Theory of Core stability. This important supported first step allows the professional to quickly identify muscular imbalances, ROM deficits and faulty motor patterns which can affect performance. The professional then uses the AB-Inforcer® to initially teach the concept of bracing in a supported neutral spine posture. The next step is to systematically help the client bridge the gap between bracing in a non weight bearing setting to bracing in better posture during weight bearing functional movement. This supported to unsupported progression of simple to complex movements provides the postural awareness and core stabilizing skills necessary to expedite the client’s ability to quickly progress to improved performance.

Some simple to complex progressions are:

1. Lying Supported 2D with no load
2. Lying Supported 2D with load

Use the AB-Inforcer Biofeedback
on the wall
to Triangulate the spine to teach
good head/ neck/ lumbar positioning skills.
3. Standing supported (against a wall or on a shuttle) with two feet
4. Standing supported with one foot
Extensor endurance in neutral

"
Take learned core motor patterns and translate to "hip hinging skills"
while using additional tools in your arsenal to separate spine function from Leg function.

Postural awareness and performance go hand in hand...
Understanding how to
load the spine
and maintain those critical angles...

while loading and compressing the spine
without buckling is one of the secrets!
Overhead squat teaches all systems to coordinate together and Triangulate the spine and
duplicate great angles while performing.

5. Standing unsupported 3D with no load (Squat sequence above)
6. Standing unsupported 3D with load(Overhead Squat above)

This hanging row assumes that Spinal Triangulation
is being maintained throughout.
If form is lost, the athlete is stopped!

7. Standing/ Hanging Unsupported 3D on an unstable surface with two feet (hanging row above)
8. Standing/Hanging Unsupported 3D on an unstable surface on one foot

Using this Spinal Triangulation® technique with the AB-Inforcer® you will be able to expedite your clients understanding and application of difficult motor patterns and ensure progression to improved performance.
Cell phones work this way.  When one dials 911, 3 cell sites reverse triangulate your position and where they overlap is where you are!  Great performances can be duplicated the same way.

Lars Arne Frölander (born 26 May 1974 in Boden) is a Swedish swimmer. He grew up Ornäs in Borlänge Municipality. He competed in 5 consecutive Olympic Games (1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008). The highlight of his career was when he won the gold on the 100 metre butterfly event at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000. A couple of months earlier he twice broke the world record in the men's 100 m butterfly (short course). After some difficult years he made a successful comeback at the European Short Course Swimming Championships in 2005 when he won his third gold of the competition.

"A workout with Lee Brandon happens on three levels," States Marcus Rogan, 2 Time Olympic Silver medalist Training with Lee Brandon, CSCS

Marcus Rogan, two time Olympic Silver Medalist in the Olympics is going for his third Olympics training under the guidance of Lee Brandon, CSCS. Here is what he stated in a recent letter as a testimonial supporting  Lee for being nominated as one of the "Top Trainers for 2011" Award.

"Her superior technical knowledge and skills are the foundation. She constantly uses her experience with top athletes yet continues to push the boundaries to develop new, custom tailored routines to maximize her impact on muscle and body development.

On a higher level, Lee's personal attention to each executed repetition within each exercise at every workout is unbelievable. Her laser-focus melts with your conscience as you push faster, higher, farther and beyond what you thought was possible and dramatically raises your body awareness.

On the top level, Lee combines her radiant personality with her experience as a world champion athlete herself to deliver a powerful psychological message: nothing can stop you when you have complete control of your body. And I'm starting to make her credo my own as I'm closing in on the world's greatest swimmer to reach my dream, olympic gold."

Marcus and Lee will be at the Eric Namesnik National Swim meet called the Michigan Grand Prix in Detroit, MI this weekend competing head to head against Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte.  "I am looking forward to see how our "Spinal Triangulation Training, starting with the AB-Inforcer, is translating to hydroplaning performance in the water against the best in the world" states Lee.

"I am still smelling GOLD, as we peak and prepare for the World Championships in Shanghai, China this summer, this weekend in Detroit will be a good event to checkin to see how we are quantitatively and measurably improving in a world class field.   Precision is key!  At this level improvements are usually small.  In less than 4 months we have shaved 2 seconds off of personal bests, this is unheard of and a tribute to how hard we are working."

The best core training device, period.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best core training device, period.

The AB-Inforcer has not only revolutionized my training but it has also allowed me to be proactive in preventing injury. It truly is an amazing product. Athletically, using the device on a regular basis has given me more strength, power, and endurance across a broad range of activities. While mechanically, it has allowed me to strenghten my core as never before, helping to prevent injury and eliminate low back pain.
